Our approach

How We Get Your Parcel There—Fast, Fresh, and Footprint-Free

Every parcel gets scanned into our “FoxDen” system the second it hits the hub. Riders then pick the lightest, strongest reusable crate for the load—no one-size-fits-all boxes here. Routes are plotted around live traffic, low-emission zones, and even the rider’s favourite coffee stop (happy courier = happy parcel). If a delivery is late, the customer gets a £5 credit and Aisha personally buys the rider a pastry—then figures out how to fix the route.

Sevices

Why Choose ParcelFox?

Fast feels better when the planet keeps up

Same-Day Sprint

Need it there before tea? Our bike couriers weave through London traffic in under 90 minutes, powered by pedal and a dash of caffeine. No vans, no fumes—just a waterproof pannier and a rider who texts you a grinning selfie at drop-off.

Next-Day Green

Affordable, reliable, and kinder to the planet. We batch parcels along the most efficient EV routes, cutting emissions and cost. You track the van in real time and get a tree-planting confirmation the moment your box is scanned ‘delivered.

Subscription Drops

Running an Etsy side hustle or a small shop? Pick a monthly bag of credits, schedule recurring pick-ups, and watch your shipping shrink from daily panic to background hum. Priority slots and discounted labels baked in.

Fragile & Fussy

Hand-thrown ceramics, sourdough starters, or that neon sign you impulse-bought on Instagram—we custom-crate anything breakable in reclaimed cardboard and reusable corner guards. If it chips, we remake it. Simple.

Office Supply Shuttle

Stockrooms running low on oat milk or A4? We bulk-collect from zero-waste wholesalers and deliver to your workspace by cargo bike before the first kettle boils. One invoice, zero plastic pallets.

Returns Rescue

Reverse logistics without the landfill. We pick up unwanted clothes, electronics, or homeware, sort them at our depot, and route each item to repair hubs, charity shops, or certified recyclers. You get a tidy store-room and a quarterly impact report.

About Us

About Us – the short, honest version

Everything you need,
Talking Together

You know the drill: you order something “eco,” it still shows up triple-wrapped in plastic and three days late. We were done with that.

I’m Aisha Malik. Six years ago I was dispatching vans for a big courier firm, watching diesel fumes fog up Deptford while customers DM’d me “WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?” One night, after missing my nephew’s birthday because a delivery went sideways, I grabbed my old cargo bike and started dropping parcels myself. People laughed—until the parcels arrived early and the carbon counter stayed at zero.

In 2020 I converted an abandoned sweet factory in Peckham into a micro-hub, hired three courier mates, and ParcelFox was born. Today we’re 25 riders, drivers, and crate-tetris nerds who:

• Still plan every route on Aisha’s living-room floor (bigger maps now)
• Train new couriers for a month—if they can’t balance a tray of succulents on cobblestones, they’re not ready
• Remember your buzzer code and that your dog loses his mind over bike bells

The nerdy numbers:
✓ 148,000 parcels delivered
✓ 26 tonnes of CO₂ saved vs. standard vans
✓ 1,800 kg of plastic packaging avoided through reusable crates

We don’t do glossy ESG reports. Just deliveries that:
☑️ Turn up when we say they will
☑️ Don’t cost the earth
☑️ Let you lick the envelope, not the exhaust pipe (still don’t lick envelopes, weirdo)

Last week a florist told us our rider smelled like “rain on tarmac and hope.” We framed the message in the dispatch office.

Testimonials

Love Letters from the Letterbox

Real customers, real deliveries—no fluff, no filters. Here’s how we’re turning “Where’s my parcel?” into “Wow, that was quick.”

Ellie T.

Margate

“I sell vintage glassware online—parcels used to arrive looking like abstract art. ParcelFox bubble-wraps each piece in shredded coffee sacks and somehow never breaks a stem. My five-star reviews are basically fan mail for their packing skills.”

Dev H.

Brighton

“We’re a co-working space with 200 caffeine-fuelled freelancers. ParcelFox drops oat milk every Monday at 7:45 a.m. sharp. If they’re late, breakfast grinds to a halt. They’ve never been late. Once the rider even fixed our squeaky bike rack with a spare zip-tie.”

Priya S.

Hackney

“Returned a stack of ill-advised party outfits via their Returns Rescue. Got a photo of my sequined jacket being re-homed at a charity shop in Brixton and a £5 voucher for my next order. Felt like a responsible adult without lifting a finger.”

Rosa M.

Shoreditch

“I make wedding cakes in Shoreditch—one late tier and the bridezilla sirens go off. ParcelFox delivered a box of sugar flowers across town in 48 minutes flat. The rider even held the box while I snapped photos for Instagram. Saved my reputation and my sanity.”

Kareem J.

Brixton

“Ordered a vintage turntable at 9 a.m., needed it for a pop-up DJ set by 6. They rolled up at 5:12 with the crate strapped tighter than a touring roadie could manage. Crowd loved the vinyl, planet loved the zero emissions.”

Hannah L.

Islington

“Sent a care package to my sister in Glasgow. Got a ping at 11:02: ‘Fox on your sister’s doorstep.’ Two minutes later a photo of her hugging the box and the cat trying to climb inside. Paid less than the train ticket I was going to buy to deliver it myself.”

FAQ

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know before you book—straight talk, zero jargon, and a few badger photos for good measure.

How fast is your Same-Day Sprint, really?

We quote 90 minutes inside the M25, but our riders usually beat it. Once you book, you’ll get a live ETA that updates every block—so if there’s a sudden Pride march or football crowd, we reroute before you even notice.

Do you ship outside London?
What happens if my parcel is late?
Are your crates actually reusable?
Can I send something fragile or oddly shaped?
How do you prove the deliveries are carbon-neutral?
